Slow fashion with Call me, Max.

CMM garments are made to order, specifically for you. We
choose to work this way as we believe that true craftsmanship cannot be mass
produced. The initial sketch, selection of fabrics and fibers, pattern
drafting, fitting, sewing, and packaging are all meticulously thought out and
result in the product before you.


By carefully hand making each garment, every aspect of production
is tightly controlled, minimizing waste and unsold stock. So, when you purchase
from Call me, Max, you are supporting a movement in slow fashion. A movement
that also exclusively works with Australian businesses to ensure that we are
supporting our economy and the sustainability of our country.

An homage to the city that has my heart.

Our Madam collection features a custom print that we've developed in-house. This collage of images are what makes up our Melbourne identity: Stone buildings, Victorian architecture, the housing flats, the recognisable style that is Fitzroy and the people who walk our streets.

My family migrated to Australia in the 80's-90's, where we lived in the heart of fitzroy. It's where i developed my love for a diversity in style & fashion. Boutiques and shop fronts with mesmerizing window displays, the aura in cafes during the day and the energy of the night. People dressed in studded leather, or vintage suits, people with coloured hair and undercuts. the different ethnicities that I grew up with living in a government housing flat. These are the things that i love about our city.

This print is developed on Organic Stretch Jersey. Knitted in Melbourne from organically grown and processed cotton and printed at Next State Print.

This is an homage to the city that has my heart.

Behind the Label

Call me, Max is an Australian based Fashion studio created by me, Linda Pham. CMM is a brand that is modern, edgy with a touch of vintage feel for everyday wear. As we handmake your garments in bespoke sizing, we create a piece that is truly yours.

I have been a crafter most of my life but have undergone a degree and tafe courses from 2011-2016. CMM strives to create garments that are suitable for all occasions.

Call me, Max believes in versatility. Just like in my own personal wardrobe, I appreciate that a pair of tapered trousers can be worn to any occasion. Or how a thrifted dress shirt can be worn as a dress or a lightweight jacket – so my mission is to create the same energy in CMM.

We work with all Australian businesses and really embrace our local creatives. From our packaging to our buttons, our textiles, care labels and stamps are all made right here in Australia.

Only fools rush, so we are a slow fashion studio that deliver mindful, handmade, and conscious garments to you.
