Returns

If you receive your order and the size isn’t right for you, you can send it back to us and we’ll give you a credit note to the full value of your order for our website. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Please note all items for return must be in original condition (unworn, all tags attached), otherwise your returns will not be processed. Customers returning goods may use their preferred shipping arrangement, however returns will not be accepted after 30 days from original date of delivery.

If you would like to send an item back to us, please email us back the following details of your order:

  1. Order tracking
  2. Name and address
  3. Supporting images of why you are returning

Exchanges will be shipped free of charge from our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning item/s back.

Please be mindful when making a CM,M purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return with you further via email at callmemaxmelbourne@gmail.com
Faulty Item
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email explaining the fault and provide supporting photos. We will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty. CM,M. reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ as it is your responsibility to check our description prior to checkout. If you have ordered the wrong size garment please email callmemaxmelbourne@gmail.com
 to negotiate an exchange. 

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

At CM,M. we aim to provide our customers with garments of quality. In the rare event that your garment is faulty please immediately email callmemaxmelbourne@gmail.com
Return shipping costs are in the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we will not take responsibility of lost/missing items.
